Over 16 000 employees work in this sector while the bank's services are available in 53 countries. The usual clientele of BNP Paribas are investment and hedge funds, companies, and financial institutions. The bank has withstood the financial crisis, making it one of the most resilient banks worldwide.

Regarding investment solutions, it should be mentioned that the total assets amount to 503 billion Euros. Moreover, BNP Paribas is recognized as the first online broker, before other banks going online. The offered services are targeted to both, private and institutional investors. The bank employees aim at collection, management, enhancement, protection, and effective administration of savings and assets. The investment solutions services provide for 6 additional services: private banking, asset management, online savings and trading, real estate services, securities and insurance. The customers of such services are usually private clients, business companies, institutions, and distribution companies. This international player has nearly 25 000 professional employees and covers 60 countries. Half of the sector’s revenues are earned from businesses held outside France. BNP Paribas also runs a sponsorship program directed mainly toward tennis events. Regarding healthcare, the bank makes solid investments to fight against infectious diseases around the world. Last but not least, the institution supports some of the arts.
